Return Policy, Cancellation and Warranty

Canceling or change orders
Orders can be canceled or changed without any fee for a full refund within 72 hours of the purchase, just email us or call us during business hours. We strive to get you your order in the delivery times noted on our product pages. Orders placed after 72 hours would be subject to our Returned or Refused Non-Damaged Orders Policy below.

Returned or Refused Non-Damaged Orders
Our return policy is simple; we understand that things happen and sometimes the furniture we deliver to you doesn’t meet your expectations.

All purchases are refundable for 14 days from date of delivery. Please contact us immediately with your purchase order information and we will request a return authorization number. We do not charge a restocking fee whatsoever; you are only responsible for the round trip shipping costs.

The returned merchandise needs to be undamaged, in new and unused condition, and must include all original packaging materials and product literature. Customers are responsible for all incurred round trip shipping fees, and must be received within 30 days of return authorization issued.

When the returned merchandise have been received in our facility and inspected by our personnel the refund will be issued to the original credit card used at the time of purchase, minus the round trip transit expenses, which includes the cost of delivery to your home and back to our facility. Please keep in mind that the total cost of returning the furniture back to our warehouse will be much higher than the amount charged for White-Glove Home Delivery.

Damages
Damages and accidents are rare however if your new furniture is damaged in shipment, we will replace the damaged item or send out a certified repair technician for you at no charge. Please inspect your furniture upon delivery and make note of the damage on the shipper’s receipt and contact us right away. The Sofabed Company reserves the right to replace or service the damaged components of your product or offer a complete replacement.

Back orders
Although we try our best to inform you before your order are placed, an item may be on backorder with the manufacturer. In the event your order is on back order, we are happy to cancel it for you at no charge. However, if the item has already shipped within the indicated delivery time frame, it would be subject to the Returned or Refused Non-Damaged Orders Policy.

Warranty
All products offered on The Sofabed Company websites are brand-new and backed by the applicable manufacturers’ warranties. The default warranty or length of time the warranty is applicable varies from company to company: products are supported in accordance with the terms and conditions of each individual manufacturer.
